Order Processing: Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 5–6 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Tracking details will be shared after dispatch through SMS, WhatsApp or email, where available.

Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, holidays, incorrect address or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged/Tampered Package: Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and photos/video if the package is damaged or tampered with.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
